It’s still hot! But getting cooler

Its the beginning of Autumn in Portugal and we are back in our winter home ready for the olive harvest and the planting of the winter crops.

Prioritizing Coding, Guitar and Sailing

I’m unsure where to focus with my guitar practice but technique and repertoire are always good areas to address. Tuesday nights in Alcoutim are open mike nights at the Beach Bar.

I’m also considering an online course but have lots of training material already. More choice is seldom better.

Python Freelancing

I’m still undertaking small Python projects in parallel to the web development work. But looking to focus more on Python in the near future.

Web Development

I am supporting an International Music Festival here in Alcoutim in Oct. I have created the poster and I have developed and currently run the website.

Portuguese lessons with Michel Thomas

Going through the Michel Thomas audio lessons. I’m now living in Portugal and particularly in the country, the ability to speak Portuguese is critical just to get by. It will also help me play music with my Portuguese friends.
